Pre-sale improvements

Put your best house forward.

Most brokerages can tell you what to fix. We can help you get it done. Because we have construction experience in-house, we can recommend improvements with a realistic sense of cost and timing — and coordinate the work where it makes sense.

Paying for pre-sale work

Some projects may be structured for payment at closing, under a separate agreement. Not every home or project qualifies — we’ll let you know early whether it’s available for yours.

Questions

Seller FAQ

Do I have to make improvements before selling?

No. Some homes sell best as-is. We’ll give you an honest recommendation, and the decision is always yours.

Can pre-sale work be paid for at closing?

For some properties and projects, pre-sale work may be structured for payment at closing under a separate written agreement. Eligibility depends on the property, the scope of work, and other factors — we’ll tell you upfront whether it’s an option for your home.

Are pre-sale improvements included in the listing commission?

No. Improvements are a separate service with their own agreement and pricing.

How soon can work start?

It depends on scope and our current schedule. We’ll give you a realistic timeline before you commit to anything.
